Crab cakes and home-made salsa

At the weekend I learnt how to make home-made salsa whilst Olly took care of making the crab cakes to accompany them. I have attempted crab cakes before but they turned out... wrong, so I wisely stayed clear of that part!

Still, my salsa was spot on and utterly yummy - I'll be making it a lot in the future as it's much yummier than shop bought salsa (obviously) - and Olly's crab cakes were yummier than my attempt!
